I provide the following professional services through this website and associated booking platforms:
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work.
Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for your engagement (code, documents, architecture diagrams, reports) are assigned to you.
Any frameworks, tools, methodologies, templates, or code libraries that I bring to an engagement and that exist prior to or independently of your project remain my intellectual property. I grant you a non-exclusive licence to use these within your project.
I reserve the right to reference the existence of our engagement and describe it at a high level in my portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request confidentiality in writing at the start of the engagement.
Any non-public business information, technical details, product plans, or data shared with me during an engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent.
If a formal NDA is required, I am willing to sign one prior to the commencement of any engagement. Please request this at the time of enquiry.
This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is already publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
My services are advisory and consultative in nature. All recommendations, architecture decisions, and strategic guidance I provide represent my professional opinion based on information available at the time.
Final decisions regarding your product, business, team, and technology remain yours. I am not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions made by you or your team, including decisions based on my recommendations.
I warrant that I will perform all services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence consistent with professional standards in the software consulting industry.
I do not warrant that my services will be error-FREE or that any product built with my involvement will be FREE of defects. Technology projects carry inherent risk and outcomes depend on many factors beyond my control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For ongoing retainer clients, any material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days notice before taking effect.
